N412 Vodafone call forward

Hi,

To forward all incoming calls at Vodafone we need to dial: #211#forwardnumber#

When I attache the fone direct to the line this works. When I try to do this with the N412 in between I get an automatic answer from Vodafone saying the dialed number does not exist.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I don't suppose the PBX is intercepting the # try changing this in the feature codes. Can anyone with a 412 verify this?
