notify packet send to the yealink phone from the PBX

Hi 

I am having issue with my Dsskey on T29G connected to S100.

The reception cannot see if someone is on the call or not, it used to show red if someone is on the phone. i have logged a ticket with yeastar and still waiting for feedback. again what happen to yeastar online support?
