It would be great to have a real time monitor with the information of the calls in progress, showing the origin and destination of the call, indicating which trunk is being used. Something like "type" (internal, incoming, outgoing), call from, call to, trunk, and duration.
Today the "PBX Monitor" does not show much information.
I agree. This is a needed feature. Would also like to see logged in dynamic agents in queues as part of this.
Absolutely. And i found it very usefull for troubleshooting, in other IP-PBX's.
I'm writing this into a receptionist and IT version of TricomVoIP. I've just started to play with the integrating the AMI and CLI The PBX monitor could be improved for debugging reasons.
