Hello Patrick, What do you mean of change TG's connection? Do you mean change the IP address? Can you get ping response from the device? Did you check the LED status of the device?

This is already good, but my problem now is that I can't seem to receive any call.
I am using TG800 VoIP GSM Gateway, panasonic PBX and zoiper 5
I used this link to set up where the incoming and outgoing calls will be redirected.

Do you register Zoiper to Panasonic? If so, do you connect Panasonic and the TG800?

Do you connect zoiper 5 softphone to your Panasonic PBX? How do you connect?
