Manage call recording S20 Ver 30.8.0.14

Hi

I have two questions about the Call Recording
1. I have a customer who wants to record only calls he wants. This means canceling the automatic recording, and enable recording by code * 1

2. There are recorded conversations to a memory card.

The recordings appear on CDR & Recording. You can listen and download the recordings to your computer only when you login with  main password
נוא When the client enters with a user password (with all permissions), the recordings appear but the recording can not be heard, nor can the recording be downloaded to the computer.
