Oscar Colka How do you test and how do you confirm it doesn't work?

Ron Romano I dial it, or put it on a blf key. Yealink phone comes back as not found.

Oscar Colka After you finish dialing *75 + queue number, do you hear anything like "Agent Login, Goodbye or Agent log out, Goodbye"?

Wayne I think we're good Mr. Rromano, it is about your customized scripts which overwrite the new dialplan of the Queue. :)
