S20 Problem with outgoing calls and Linkus

Just have a new S20. I configured the device to my provider sip trunk account, all setting are fine and its connected. I checked to make a call to that sip trunk number, its perfectly connected. But outgoing calls, defenately not working. When I connect my IP Phone directly to that sip trunk, I can make a calls without amy problem.

Second, about Linkus. I dont see any option to configure Linkus in. Y S p device. I have install the Linkus app in the app center. But try to scan the qr code, its failed to connect from my IOS device.

  1. What is the firmware version of your S20? If it is 30.8.0.14, see what are the Remote Party ID, PAI, Diversion settings, try disable these settings and see if that helps.

  

  If change above settings doesn't help, I would suggest you to post the pcap logs of the fail calls and succeed call on your IP phone;

  Hi, I have got the answer for my problem. So its basically on the SIP Setting, need to change the setting for Outbound Parameter to "From User" and that fixed the problem.

  Remember you need the specific linkus ports forwarded 8111 in addition to the sip ports.If you are using linkus qr codes I've found it to be incredibly unreliable.
