I updated the firmware in pbx, now the latest version is installed - 30.8.0.14. The installation went fine, but I now do not have the "one-touch recording" function. If you press * 1 during a call, recording does not occur. Automatic recording works fine, enabling and disabling via code * 00 also works well /
I can not understand what's the matter.
I tested the the code, but I had already updated to the new Beta which encompasses a Linkus Windows version 30.9.0.5. I can't say for certain, but I am of the opinion that the Linkus functionality should not have impacted any feature code function. In any event, it does appear that the record function using the default dial code of *1 is not working, However, as I never used the code to begin with, I am unable to say if the issue only recently surfaced or has been around for some time longer.
I can only suggest submitting a ticket to support.
Thanks for the answer. You have confirmed that this problem is not just for me. The previous version of the firmware was 38.7.0.50 and there this function worked fine.
I tested with 30.9.0.5 and it works with below test scenario:
Call from extension 1005 to 1002, 1002 answer the call, press *1 on extension 1005 during the call then hangup the call. I can find the one touch recording record when I login web GUI of S PBX with 1005 as username.

Found the issue. It does work, so thanks for confirming the functionality which forced me to review my settings.
In my case, I reviewed the settings. Somewhere along the way, the setting for the record location got changed to none. I assume that I changed it over the course of time as I do a lot of testing and I have no reason to suspect that the setting was changed as a result of any firmware update as I tend to think that had it, other settings would have changed as well. It might be that at some point I removed the TFcard and replaced it and perhaps the system senses this and adjusts the locations automatically. I tend to think the latter as I seldom have a reason to play with recordings and I doubt that I would have set to none, but.....,maybe.
In any event, I do intend to remove the card today and see what does happen...out of curiosity. This may be a good lesson in knowing that somethings may have to be reset if the card is removed.
