Larry Neblett I do not have insight into the S412, and the info I do have for the S series may be somewhat dated, so suggest you confirm with YS support via ticket or perhaps the info is in the FAQ section.
In any event the number I have is:
Model s20 s50 s100 s300
#RG 16 16 16 32
Members/RG 20 25 30-60* 60-90-120*
* based upon expansion modules installed.
Having said this, keep in mind that when setting up any RF or Queue with multiple members/agents, that eachwill be sent an INVITE by the system upon an incoming call. If using a ring all strategy, the ring will not be seen by all simultaneously as the INVITE are sent from the system in a serial fashion. As a result there will be somewhat of a delay between when the 1st extension rings and the last one rings and this will be further influenced by what other actions the S PBX is having to do at the same time. The moral is that while these have there place being used, be conservative in the number of users in each as it generates a lot of traffic. It is like an individual call to each and then the subsequent NOTIFY for all the BLF keys, and CANCEL for those that did not answer, but need to stop the ringing.

Oscar Colka I found this download from Yeastar Academy website: (https://www.yeastar.com/academy/video/ysct-lesson-1/)

There is a file name General limitations of S Series-V1.12.xlsx
In this file, you can find any limitations for S series PBX.
