Hello,

Do you use SIP trunk or PSTN trunk or any other trunk?
For different trunks, there would be different reasons for inbound unknown caller ID.
The unknown caller ID probably happen on PSTN trunk, follow this article to check:
Note: This article is suitable for MyPBX, it is just for your reference:
https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/articles/217490397-Why-There-is-No-Caller-ID
sorry iam using PSTN trunk the article provided dosnt provide enough information. please let me know after i analyst the caller ID using cool edit pro then what next?
Did you try connect the analog phone to the PSTN line to check if the Caller ID function is enabled or not?
If the caller ID works with Analog phone, then you can try setup proper caller ID settings on S Seriex PBX according to the signal waveform you analyst through cool edit pro.
Or you can post the raw file of the caller ID signalling, I can help to chech what settings your caller ID is.
thankyou for your help i will be uploading the the caller ID signalling raw file soon.
We are using a PBX Yeastar s100, and we have the same problem. When calls are incoming onto the phone the number of the incoming user is not showing it's saying incoming call: unknown, but if we connect the phone to the FSO port of our provider then the number shows. Please let us know on what the problem might be.
Would this be a problem in the PBX or the phone i have and the model of the phone that i have is a Yealink SIP-T48s
Hi Anista, We need to check the sip message to locate the issue. I have created a ticket for you and our engineer will help to check soon.
ola. Se resolvio el problema de las llamadas que aparecen como desocnocido, porque a mi me pasa lo mismo con una central s100, algunas llamadas si aparecen y otras no (desconocidas)
If you connected the phone to the FSO port of your provider and the number shows it is problem with your caller id settings Try with After Ring
There is never a simple solution on Yeaster help.
i am a end user, i dont know what all these abbreviations FSP, SIP, PSTN line.
How about check this part to confirm ABC, if its that then do XYZ.
You cant fix these without calling in someone
