Hi, we have some issue with call forward on S20...
We have extensions 1000-1010...
Extension 1000 has set "Call forward: always to 1001" ...
When i call from 1002 to 1000, it works fine - call is forwarded to 1001.
But when i call from outside (incoming call from mobile to extension 1000), the call is not forwarded and extension 1000 ringing... How to fix it? Where can i find "forward really all calls" :-).

I had no such issue.
I setup the S20 such that the external call would go directly to extension 1000. Extension 1000 had a call forward all set to go to 1001. 1001 had a call forward all set to a custom number, my cell.
I called from my cell to the S20 and it followed the routings I had set and rung back at my cell. The CDR also confirms/shows the call to 1000, 1001 and then to the cell.
I am running firmware 30.8.0.14.
I can only suggest that you examine the inbound route as perhaps you are going to a ring group or Q, in which case the forward will not work as you expect. This is commonly referred to as a system owned call and it will not forward this type of call based upon extension settings.
Thank you very much Larry, you are right. We have Queue set for incoming calls. In Queue (ring-all) there are 2 extensions, first ext. is on holliday, second ext. is out of office. We need to forward second ext. to cell and first let ring without changing some routes, queues, etc. - just by user setting on ext. - without logint to S20 and changing rules...Do you know about any simple solution of forward calls to group or queue?
On the main page of the queue settings there is a setting for failover destination. Here you can set the route desired in the event the queue is unable to accommodate the call(s).
