Is Tere a widows based Telephone Call Reporting Software that anyone can recommend for call reporting that works with the S20 or is there something built in I can use
What is the operation log. I was trying to see but every time I try it says nothing to download.
There is the CDR built into Yeastar devices which you can use to navigate call records or are you looking for something with advance reporting?

I have worked wirh the Navycat. It works but it is licensed
Thanks for the reply That is what I was looking for I have a customer that may want more advanced options I tried to look up Navycat but could not find is there one that some one has tried that works with the S series
