Hi, we have this situations:
S20 connected to TG200 and we have this problem:
1) incoming calls to internal extensions looks like this:
+420 123 456 789
2) we cannot callback right to this number (says: invalid number), but only with removed prefix: 123 456 789
Please, where can we set to "accept outgoing calls with prefix" or how to solve this?

I added a second pattern (to the default X.) yesterday, to cut +X. by one digit and replace with 00
Worked also, but your solution of course is much smarter and obvious ;)
I wonder why the standard international prefix + is ignored by default on a YeaStar system.
