How to reset admin password without factory reset.

Oscar Colka If you are using S Series PBX and setup your email setting properly, you can reset the password through forgot password on the login page. For other devices, I think the best way is reset to factory default.

Smiley Neethling We did a admin reset and could log in with new one when you send us the 30min time to do so!
If I want to use the new password it tells me admin is locked due to limit reached.
This is a S300 and i had to remove my old password for the client to have a admin password and in the normal process i could not remember the new one :( (Getting old) So I clicked on forgotten password and followed procedure.
Please need assistance ASAP!! :)

Eric Jiang Hi Smiley, If the admin account is locked we can help to unlock it but if you forget the admin password we can do nothing about it.
