We have S20 VOIP Pabx, to replace the IP Pabx Panasonic KX-NS500 which we are currently using, we need to know whether it’s compatible with our current extension phones and reception, thanks.

KX-UT123 seems to be a SIP phone (Which means it can be used with most PBX units such as the Yeastar S20) so I'd say that yes that phone is compatible.
But the KX-NT553 might be proprietary I'm not 100% sure. As I cannot seem to find anything other than the quickstarter guide. Anyone else able to verify?
Given the proprietary notice in the manual, it does not appear to be SIP compliant.
You could also tell pretty quickly via the setup screens on the administration interface. If it allows you to connect to the 3rd party PBX it is good to go. I have also heard of people installing different firmware to enable phones to be sip compatible.
