So I am trying to set up some new office phones with a Yeastar s20 PBX and Yealink T46s phones. I have a request that a single extension be put on 4 phones and that it be the same extension so that anyone with those 4 phones can pick up the call for that extension. I set up the extension to allow concurrent provisioning but it is not allowing me to put it on more then one phone, can I get some help with this thanks. Im not sure if I am doing something wrong or missing something.

Larry Neblett You did not define what "IT" is that is not allowing you to set up more than one phone. Normally, you would set up the extension in the PBX with the user information. Then using the auto-provision function, you would locate the phones of interest and then associate them one at a time to the target extension. If the auto-provision will not allow this or if the phone is or will be remote, then you will use auto-provision on one phone and then manually provision the others by comparing the settings in the one that was auto-provisioned and copying to the others making any necessary changes to any that might be remote.
