S20 Inbound calls to IVR Greeting and Extension ringing together

Hi 

I have a customer requesting that in an incoming call the caller will be directed to IVR without keystrokes

 And at the same time hearing the greeting will ring the extension or group

The greeting is just a jingle without tapping digits

From  Yeastar told me it was not possible

The phone extension or group will start ringing when finished greeting

Someone has an idea of how to apply it

I have an idea but I'm not sure it's possible

Set the incoming call to ring in an extension or group, and setting sending to caller the   Greeting instead of RBT

  Benni, I think you can try Call Queue. With Call Queue, caller can hear the voice prompt while the internal agent's phone will ring at the same time.

   Thanks yes you are right

  I got the same suggestion from another colleague it is works well

  But there is a small problem with using Queue

  I have configured two extensions to ring 200-201, the client insists that the ringing always starts at extension 200, this is not possible in Queue groups
