Hi all,
we have many MyPBX installed (more than 50) and we want the possibility to migrate from a MyPBX backup to S-Series, because we have to change these old machines with new ones.
We can't manually reconfigure all features of these machines because it's a lot of time loss and we can't do in operational enviroments in working hours.
Please let we know a solution to this big big problem.

From what I can tell the S series configuration file is encrypted and only Yeastar will know the salt to make any sense of the .BAK file it creates. Although you might be able to tunnel in via SSH and copy the conf files such as extensions.conf as it is just asterisks but I'm not sure the front end would like external editing of the files. Worth a shot.
I think it is not possible since the version of the asterisk code in MyPBX is older than in S series and it is written with complete different scripts (contexts)
I.e in mypbx series when you enter ssh mode and try to take a trace , the command is: sip set debug on, while on S series the command is : pjsip set logger on
Yea I agree George pjsip is a completely different protocol copying the conf files wouldn't work. Might have to just bite the bullet and work through migrating the settings from MyPBX to S Series. I've done a few myself it doesn't take long if you just go through the call logic from top to bottom.
In this case I would setup a test bench that has its own subnet that matched the IP range of the PBX on site so you could literally configure the whole thing remotely and drop ship the PBX's. If you retain the same settings you won't need to provision the phones.
