YEASTAR S20 - LINKUS NO AUDIO

Hi,

i'm triyng to use Linkus app with my Yeastar S20.

The Linkus app is used via VPN SSL of my enerprise.

The in and out calls arrived to destination but there is no audio!

Can somone give me support?

  • Try capture pcap logs for the issue and pose the pcap logs here. Follow below steps to get the pcap logs:

    1. Login web GUI of S PBX and go to Maintanance -> Troubleshooting -> Ethernet Capture Tool;

    2. Press Start;

    3. Make external calls through Linkus to replicate this issue;

    4.  Press stop and then wownload the pcap logs and post here.

  Solved!

  Added a rule to the firewall of the S-20 to route VPN connections to the ip class to him assigned!
