I encountered such a problem. With an external call using a Linkus there is no voice (sound), but the call goes through.
The problem was solved randomly. After dialing the external number and once the connection has occurred, you need to press and cancel the Hold or Transfer button, then there is a sound (voice).
This problem appeared after the firmware update.
Internal calls work fine.

Oscar Colka What kind of trunk you are using for external calls?
Will you experience the same issue when you using an IP phone to dial external number?
Is your S PBX behind a NAT/Router?
If so, try describe your network topology and post your NAT settings on the S PBX.
