Distinguish between internal and external calls | call origin

Hello,

is it possible to distinguish between internal and external calls for example regarding the extension behavior?

I would like to configure the following:

Extension -100 is busy/calling.
If extension -200 tries to call extension -100, extension -200 hears a busy tone.
If an external number (mobile phone, another firm, ...) tries to call extension -100, the call will be forwarded/redirected to a queue/another extension.
