IVR NOT WORKING MYPBXU100

Dear All

All the calls the inbound calls to office is going to a particular extension (300)  and  we needed to forward all the calls to IVR prompt.

I have selected IVR in inbound route (for both business & non business hours ) But it simply don't work and all calls go to the extension (300) as if its hard-coded

Some one Please help.
