Upload your own custom background logo to be deployed to all phones instead of the default Yeastar background logo

Ina Tang May I know which product are you using? Yeastar Cloud PBX or S-Series PBX.
And what is your phone model?
As for Cloud PBX, you can define your own background logo actually. Like following picture, you can put your logo download address in the specific parameter. The address can be http or ftp, as long as IP Phone can reach that address.
For S-Seires, most IP Phones are using their factory-default background, like Yealink etc.

Jason Daniel We use a variety of the S-Series with Fanvil X6 or X4 Handsets.
Yeastar have a custom logo they push out to the X6 when auto provisioning.
Even a option to stop the logo from being deployed to the handset could be handy.

Ina Tang For Fanvil X6 and X4, yes, S-Series will change the background logo when provisioning.
It is can not be changed so far. I am afraid this might take some time to change. I have submitted the feature request. Will update here if there has new progress.

conrad Is it possible in upload a company logo to a Yealink T56A handset? This is on a Yeastar S20

Jerry McKissack Same issue request here, customer requested logo changes on HTEK UC923 and 824 phones, even manually uploading image files to phones worked for about 7 days then PBX refreshed phones evidently and switched them all back to the default Yeastar photo files. Need to be able to stop this from happening.
