The ability to be able to duplicate an existing auto provision template.

Jason Daniel That is correct but when dealing with a lot of phones in different departments of a business, that have similar templates but not exactly the same it would make it easier and a lot less time consuming.
IE: 20 phones in Sales department, 10 phones in Service department, 5 Administration phones... etc
Each department has their own template, all templates would have identical Line, Park, Pickup, Page keys in the templates but speed dials and presence keys would change depending on the department.

Ina Tang PBX support an intuitive and easy template function, and in template function, there's not a lot of options. Maybe without duplicate function, you can still create template easily?
Or maybe I didn't get your using scenario, feel free to let me know. :)

Craig +1 to Jason, this is innovative thinking to be able to deploy and manage multiple handsets of the same type quickly and easily.
For example, if all the phones are the same model and the phones belong to three departments, say sales, support and administration. Each of these departments have otherwise the same settings, but possibly different speed dial keys.
Therefore if one was generated, to be able to duplicate and make minor modifications, would be more user friendly and prevent input errors.
I know many people who are now provisioning against manual registration and it makes perfect sense. I look forward to seeing this as a feature in firmware.
