Hello guys i need a little guide here.
Right now i install an S100 to a client that used to have a Nortel BCM.
And one of the point that is hammer my head is the following.
If an inbound call is an answer by extension 1022 and extension 1022 transfer the call to extension 4300 if extension 4300 don't pick up the call i want to the call go back to 1022 ( the extension that generates the transfer)
For some reason, Nortel BCM do this but a brand new Yeastar S100 don't do that.
