It can happen that a batch of SMS sent using the SMS API fail e.g credit depletion, network issue etc.
Make it possible to check some/all messages on a page, and then resend all.
Also, is it possible to contribute code? This is something I can work on - provided there is already a "queue" facility/API

For Yeastar S-Series PBX and MyPBX support streamlined and easy-to-use SMS function for users in case they might need to check sms or want to send SMS. But I don't recommend to use it as a bulk SMS bulk sender.
And if you would like to use a complete SMS function, let me suggest you to use Yeastar TG Gateway.
It allows you to see all the SMS in inbox and outbox.
When you send out the SMS no matter on WEB or Via API, WEB GUI will show you a status, like following:
I am thinking if you are using 3rd party software to send SMS via TG's API, then you might want to know the sending result immediately, right after you send the SMS. If so, don't worry, API will return parameter to show you succeed or not, like following.

For failed messages, there is no means to
1. Select Failed messages
2. resend these messages
...even on the TG100.
