I'm a having trouble with a TG400 installation. I can make calls from my 3CX PBX, but I'm not receiving any call. I check the TG400 call logs and there are only outgoing calls, no incoming. when I call the number I get one dial tone and them the it goes busy
It looks like the incoming call were routed to second stage dial.
Can you post your Mobile to IP setting screenshot?
Have you ever try setup a hotline on the Mobile to IP and see if that would help.
I dont have access to the device right now, but the config is similar to that one beacuse I followed the offical guide for integration with 3CX
Is it possible for you to login the TG Command Line interface via SSH and get some logs?

hi, I rebooted the device and now I'm seeing logs for incoming calls. the status is failed

If you coulnd't access through SSH, try enable debug logs and packet capture tool to get more logs. See below screenshot:
Hello I have TG400 which I configured with UCM6202 One SIM card line in slot 2 is working fine but the other in SIM slot 1 is not able to route calls to my handset.
