We bought a new phone sip-T19p E2. I want to add it to an existing pbx.We already have this exact phone models installed. I connected it to PBX. the phone got an ip-adress but it doesn't appeare in autoprovisioning. so I clicked "add" to add it manually. in the form it asked a mac adress of my device. I entered it. an error occured. it says a mac adress should start with 001565. but mac adress of the phone starts with 805EC01... . The previous phones I installed was with mac adress started with 001565... and everything worked. but this new one has a different starting. what should I do?

Rasim Masimov Hi Harry Hua. We have one customer who just bought 300 unit T-21P, 48G ip phones from us and have provision problem with their U100 pbx models which they already have in use. Their old pbx models are U100 and they can't find new phones because mac address of new phones starts with 805 (new series mac address). Their pbx firmware is latest (15.20.0.20-beta08). What is solution to solve provision problem between old model pbx and new manufactured phones? I could not find ticket number which you mentioned. Could you share link if it is solution of my problem as well?
