Firmware upgrade

Hi,

I need too upgrade my S20 but it says ": The new version requires higher firmware version. Please upgrade your firmware at least to version 30.6.0.0. but i cant find the older firmware annywhere to start from ;-(

I just upgrade directly with the firmware and now I only have a blue screen on my computer after loging in .The S20 is still working but I cant program it annymore. I did a restart but that did not help....
