Our previous PBX had the function where you can request a callback from a user if they are unavailable. The system will then call you and the user back as soon as the user of that extension becomes available again.
Does Yeastar support this function?

yes but it's a feature that is available in other competitors and yeastar should implement it ...

I had another client requesting this feature as their previous system supported it.
My own office requires this service as it is very usefull.
Wasn't in the last firmware update though..
We have 2 clients who need busy extension callback. For the one client it is a deal breaker and they want to return the equipment for a refund.
When is this feature going to be added?????

Same here. My customer is looking for the ability to integrate this with the Queue feature. So if a customer doesnt want to wait on hold they can hang up and get called back when they are next in line.

also our Customers WANT that feature because they need to replace their old PBX platform (old at least 15 years ago) with callback feature inside.
I think these features help us to sell Yeastar IP PBX, more than Linkus for example.

We have used the Yealink IP phones with the Yeastar PBX and the Yealink phones have a feature to enable an auto redial when the called party is busy. We would prefer the feature on the Yeastar PBX.
And a Queue Callback please. Press 1 for Callback.
Hi, I had the same problem but with the Fanvil X4G IP phones you can activate the callback option by setting the time and the times to call back.
Any updates on this callback feature ?
Our clients demand it ...
Our clients have started to ask for it as well, and frankly it's quite a useful option.
To take it a step further, they have also asked about extending this to outbound calls as well. So when an outside phone number is busy, the PBX can keep trying to call it for a period of time.
Please get back to us, on the approximate time-frame of implementing it. We like to keep our clients informed.
