Can you be more definitive with the circumstances of how these prompts are to be used? A lot of this is related to call handling and how calls are routed and once to a destination the desire of what is wanted. You question is too vague other than to say custom prompts are certainly possible, but only if the call handling calls something into the handling path that supports the use of prompts.
In other words, if a call route is direct to a ring group, then a prompt is not supported. If, however, the call is routed to an IVR which can have a prompt, and then to an extension or other, then perhaps the need can be met. There are many options and more than one way to handle certain situations. Just need more about what is wanting to be done.
Thank you Larry
Sorry to be more precise:
We have 2 different Business in one office.
We have 2 phones.
On each phone we can receive Calls for Business A and Business B.
Business 1 has 1 trunk “T1”
Business 2 has 1 trunk “T2”
I Have setup 4 Extensions.
Phone 1: Ph1
- Extension 1 for Business A on Phone 1
- Extension 2 for Business B on Phone 1
Phone 2:Ph2
- Extension 3 for Business B on Phone 2
- Extension 4 for Business A on Phone 2
If an incoming Call on Trunk1 for Business A is not answer the call goes to a voice box wit announcement: “Here is Business A … please leave a message after…..”
If an incoming Call on Trunk2 for Business B is not answer the call goes to a voice box wit announcement: “Here is Business B we are gone fishing… please leave a message after…..”

You can do as you wish.
If it were me, I would probably have it like this -
Trunk A (Business 1) goes to ring group A which rings Extensions A1 and A4, if no answer, then failover destination = voice mail of A1
Trunk B (Business 2) goes to ring group B which rings Extensions B2 and B3, if no answer, then failover destination = voice mail of B2
You can then dial into each voice mail box and using the available options, record a greeting for the applicable company.
Thank you SOLVED
I had no idea how to dial into the Voice mail box and use the available options.
But I fond now your very good description: How to Change Voicemail Greetings:

Still a question?’:
I cannot login with FTP and the user “root” with password “ys123456” as described in the article above.
Also not with my admin and my password.
Did I missed something?

Workaround for FTP
Here I found a workaround: I define in System – Storage – Preferences a Network Drive.
And I set the Voicemail to this external Drive
Still a NEW question
I setup individual messages: unavail.wav; busy.wav; greet.wav;
Why do I get in Pont 2 the Systempromt?
The issue is that when going direct to a mailbox, none of the conditions (busy, no answer) was met. The ring group has no VM, so when escaping the RG for the VM of an extension directly, you get the system prompt.
You have several options -
1. Set up dummy extensions for each company - dummy is where an extension exists, but there is no phone. Direct the failover to the dummy which will then take the call to its voice mail (unavailable hopefully). Then have the extension set to forward the VM via email to the desired recipients.
2. Set up a third extension on each phone (A3 and B3) and use the failover to go to these new extensions which have very small ring timeouts, Once the timeout is reached the call will go to the VM for that company and the MWI light on the phone will light up.
3. You can change the default greeting, but the issue is how to make a message that is applicable to both companies. Maybe you can in your situation, maybe not,
As an aside, you can change the extension greetings by getting into VM (*2) and then "0".
You can also upload some prompts by getting into the voice prompt sections of eh S20.
Thank you
Do you know the password for the ftp access with user „root“ ? (for S20)
Like many others, no I do not and I have tried many.
