when we call internally between the extensions the it rings, but when pick up the phone there is no audio, same thing when someone call from out side our office.

Larry Neblett I assume that this is a new install and not an existing install that has been working fine until just recently? If so, then it sounds like a configuration issue in how the PBX is set to respond to endpoints. What is lacking is how the network is configured, but on the surface you need to re-examine the NAT settings. While I do not have a U100, normally there is a section by which you can define what constitutes the local LAN segment. What this does is tell the PBX that devices that communicate to it from this segment are internal (private IP) and the PBX will then formulate the messaging accordingly so the the local devices and the PBX know to reach one another using local IPs.
Conversely, there are usually NAT settings which do much the same, but in this case the setting tells the PBX how to formulate messages for external endpoints on the WAN or public side. However, you also need to examine your router (assumes SIP) and insure that any SIP ALG is disabled and that the ports are forwarded correctly.
The bottom line is that the configuration of the devices needs to be correct so that they account for their location either behind the firewall (private) or in front of the firewall (public).
