tg100 problem with api authentication

Problem authentication failed tg100

i have try port 1/2/3..10 all of them all the same error. 

api userna
api pas

I have api enabled in security  center :: 

i am using it from a real stati ip (remote menager ) ip is  185.***.145.1**
i have try it and in local  computer with same range of ip still the same errorr . 

Can you please help me how to fix this ?  i want to use api url and config it to connect with radius manager but i want to try (test it ) before i use in php  in radius.
