In my LDAP Directory is a phone listed wihit a wrong number. this phone dosen't exist under "extensions". Whitch extensions are listed under the ldap Directory? Where can i find dis extension?

can i reset or clear this directory?
Hi Christoph, I am also using Yeastar LDAP recently. I am afraid it is unavailable to delete the default LDAP directory on PBX. It is a default one which is fixed on PBX containing all the extensions on PBX.
And maybe we have similar problem. Mine is the IP phone shows the wrong number which is not exist in my PBX. And the support guy ask me to did the following things to check first.
1.Check if someone create it on the PBX LDAP server, navigate to LDAP> phonebook node and check if there is other LDAP diretory created.
2.Then check if someone create that "number" the extension page(Path: Settings> PBX> extensions).
3.Reboot the phone for a try.
My problem is solved successfully by doing this. You can also try this, if not helpful you could submit the ticket also.
