Issue with Yeastar P Series Dialer

I recently purchased the Yeastar P560 and noticed a significant change in the dialer functionality compared to the S Series. Unlike the S Series, where the call dialer was integrated within Zoho CRM without requiring any browser extension, the P Series seems to need a browser extension for its dialer.

I find this change to be a step backward in terms of user experience and convenience. Can anyone shed some light on why Yeastar decided to implement this change in the new release?
