Please add Webinar feature to the video conferencing tool.
Webinar means: Presenter shows his video (with the option to shut off the video) and a screen share. Participants are muted and without video when joining. Participants cannot share their screens.
Presenter can request to unmute single participants.
Presenter can add a Co-Host role to a participant. He gets the same rights like the presenter then.
