forbidden calls problem

dear sirs kindly i have weird error i have many yeastar call managers s100 between branches all of them have same extention but different with codes such as 10300 and in other side 11300 all works great with IAX but when i changed to sip trunk if you call from ext. have same on other side call forbidden if you call from ext. not registered on other side call completed please support
