We currently have overflow calls and after hours calls go to a voicemail (two separate mailboxes). These mailboxes are configured to email these messages to an email account.
Unfortunately we keep running into an issue where the mailbox fills up, and no one knows about it until someone calling gets through and mentions it. If we're receiving voicemails to email, why don't they automatically clear out of the mailbox?
Is there a way to automatically delete them, or increase the mailbox size?
