We have setup two queues.
One queue is setup to play a recorded message periodically.and one queue is setup to 'none'
Unfortunatly both queues are playing the default (dutch) prompt when a caller is placed in the queue after 15 seconds.
Is this a bug, and if not, how can i disable playing the default queue prompt.

Try setup both Announce Posistion and Announce Hold time to No and see if that help. See below screenshot:

The problem is not on the u-serie. The u-serie works fine. This problem only occurs in the s-serie (latest firmware).

Ik have contacted support, but the are saying that this is an standard option in Asterisk and they can do nothing about it. They even would not accept it as a bug, but a requirement i needed. Amazing right?
They where suprised to hear that the problem does not exist in the u-serie.
Roy, I will test this on Monday and get back here. If this can be replicated then Yeastar team need to accept it is a bug.
Roy, I test it just now and I think it is a bug. After i change the frequency to 1200, I didn't hear the voice prompt now. I think this is a temporary solution to disable the default queue prompt as well. :)

Just tried with a new person on the chat, this guy at least knows what he is talking about and tested it.
They logged in en removed the 'queue-thankyou.gsm' file through ssl.
Problem solved now!
But your suggestion is welcome, cause monday i have to install another s50 on location.
I do think it is a bug also, hopefully they fix it in the next firmware
