Ring group 6300 with failover to ring group 6301 after 30 seconds ring timeout.
If a call goes unanswered in ring group for 6300 but is answered in ring group 6301 the phones in ring group 6300 still show a missed call notification.
we need support to stop display missed calls in first un answered phones group
You can do this now! When you select Ring Group as a destination, a checkbox for "Record Missed Calls" appears, you can untick that.
However, this does not appear for every failover destination, which it should. E.g. if a call goes to a voicemail, we will recieve a voicemail notification, we don't need every handset showing a missed call.
