play recorded message option in inbound route after working hours
When we setup an inbound route, we can assign a destination based on time conditions.
Is it possible to add an [other]-option for playing a recorde message (ex. the office is closed now) after working hours and then disconnect the line?
Roy, I think we can setup an IVR and play the recorded message in the IVR and then disconnect the call. Is this a solution?
For the day and night setup i indeed setup an IVR to play the recorded message en then disconnect the line.
But is will be much easier to have that option directly in the inbound route. The only challenge will be make that option act as a queue i think.
On the Cisco platfom this option already exists.
