No audio both ways

Hi, I just finished configuring a SIP peer trunk on Yeastar S100. I assigned all the IPs given by the ISP and did a static route. The trunk status shows active and working am able to make calls and receive. The issue is you cannot hear anything from both ends. Any ideas to fix this will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
