Call cannot be completed as dialed from PSTN provider

I am new to setting up the Yeastar FXO gateway TA410. However, I am able to recieve calls. But, when I try to make a outbound I get 'Call cannot be completed as dialed" from the provider. It seems the provider does get the proper digits or something. I can dial out fine when using an analog test set and connecting directly to the providers circuit.

Please help. Thanks

  Nathan, Please capture some screenshot of your settings:

  1. FXO edit page -> IP to Port and Port to IP setting;

  2. Dial Pattern Template;

  And check the call logs and see if the number sent out is what you expected.
