My phone system has gone down this morning, Im unable to log into the myPBX to see what the problem is, but I can ping the IP address ok.
No idea what to do next???

1. Check if the RUN status LED is blinking or not; If it is not blinking, it might be hardware problem;
2. If RUN LED is blinking, try disconnect the LAN cable of the MyPBX and ping the IP address of MyPBX; If you still can get ping response, it might be IP conflict issue.
3. If you have enable SSH access, you can try access via SSH to check

Can you IP phone register to the PBX correctly?
Is the RUN status LED blinking?
Did you every try power off and power on the device?
