They are on China National day holiday from 1 October to 7 October, you might not get response in time. For urgent issue, I would suggest you to contact with the local supplier.

Oh, thank you so much for that information Oscar. And sadly, Yeastar distributor here in the Philippines isn't trained to handle support. We configured our U100 & TG400 from ground up through self-study since they can't answer even the basic questions. That was a year ago, I am not sure if they learned the ropes now.
