With SIP/IAX extension, there is possible to have "one number for two extensions" but this required one of your phone supports for SIP and the other one supports for IAX. This is directly supported. There might be another way to support your request:
Step 1, Create two extensions and register your Snom SIP phone and DECT phone to these two extensions;
Step 2, Create a ring group and specify the ring group number as the number of your "one number for two extensions" request;
Step 3, Change the caller ID of the two extensions created in Step 1 to be the number you specify for the ring group in step 2.

For Yeastar new product line, the S-Series PBX, they support for SIP forking, and you can register upto 5 endpoints to one extension number.
What Oscar said is correct.
For U series follow this
https://support.yeastar.com/hc/en-us/articles/218200358-How-to-Configure-Simultaneous-Ring
In new S Series, just set in Extension/Concurrent Registration to 2.
But make sure you restart the phone, every time you change Concurrent Registration.
Now you can have 2 extensions with the same number
If you set Concurrent Registration to 1 but you have 2 extension with the same number. Only one of them will win.
