Hi All,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for configuring direct in dial with a SIP trunk on a U100 MyPBX device?

Hi All,

Troy, do you mean configure DID for the SIP trunk? Not very sure about what you would like to do.
Hi Oscar,
Correct - so i have a provider based SIP trunk with a 20 number range. I need to setup direct in dial so people can call directly to an extension.
Hi Troy, try follow below screenshot,
ok so just to confirm if my number range was 08 6180 1700 - 1720
i would put 0861801700 - 0861801720 into the DID number field.
Does the extension number have to match or can it be say 300 - 320?
BTW - Thanks for your assistance! :)
:)
Troy, the extension number can be 300-320.
Thanks Oscar - and that number range is correct? IE It's the full number?
Yes, the number range should be the full range, for example,
DID Range: 0861801700-0861801720
Extension Range: 300-320
Brilliant - one last question. How do you get one specific number to go to a ring group rather than an extension?
EG the main number say 0861801700 needs to go to a ring group rather than extn 300?
For this case, you will need to setup another separated inbound route and choose the ringgroup as the destination. See below screenshot:
Hi,
I am using S100. If my extensions are as below, how to type?
68134131
68134132
68134133
68134135
68134136
68134137
68134138
match with
801
802
803
805
806
807
808
Try below:
Thanks Oscar.
But if people calling 68134134, I don't want the number direct to 804. How to exclude this?
I didn't try but I think you can try create another inbound route and put this route at the top of the inbound routes page and specify the DID as 68134134 and setup the proper destination.
