Simone,
Try setup the Voicemail greeting settings (including busy prompt, Unavailable prompt and leave a message) to "Skip Greeting"
Skip Greeting can be found on MyPBX Web GUI -> PBX -> Basic Settings -> Voicemail Settings -> Greeting Settings
The Web GUI of my N412 not have this option...
:-(
Simone,
Sorry, i didn't realize you are using N412, i check from the yeastar demo and yes, these settings were not available on N412. I would suggest you to submit a ticket and ask what would be the solution.
What I have done for separate required extensions - I entered Voicemail menu from the IP phone (*2) and recorded 2 sec temporary greeting with muted mic. Thus you will get voicemail with no greeting.
If you do not afraid of SSH you can also do a trick from there:
1. login to PBX via SSH
2. cd /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/default/601 (where 601 is you extension number)
3. vi temp.WAV
enter one space and save file (just to create dummy file)
4. DONE
