Hi Simone,
Below example will reject incoming call whose caller ID is 1234567:
Below example will allow those with caller ID, means those anonymous caller will not be allowed to call in.
To make this only in some periods of the days, you can setup business hours and setup proper inbound routes.
This not work... and I do not undestand why...
The policy is the first in order.
The call is not ended... If I call i listen a ring but any extenxion ring...
Simone,
For the limited experience i have, i think the call can not be ended if the trunk you are using is PSTN trunk. The rule i post was used to ignored the incoming call, the call will then not be routed to the proper destination(the phones should not ring, but you will probably hear the ring back tone). I think the call incoming from PSTN trunk can be ignored only but not reject. "Reject calls" will probably works with the SIP or BRI trunks.
Is there any other body knows how to reject calls?
Yes on IP trunk it work, on PSTN I have found a workaround.
I have resolved settingg an IVR with mute message that drop off the call.
This work well with call tath have CLI.
But "X." do no discriminate che anonymous calls...
Any suggestion?
it work!!!
The rule "X." have to be on the top of the incoming call rules.
So if a calla have a CLI this is fowarded to his way.
At the bottom I have put a rule void "", so if the call have no CLI is fowwarded to IVR tath say "sorry no answer" and after end the call.
