I need to check the functionality for a customer with a u100 mypbx. The customer has multiple ring groups for different departments e.g. ring group 601 for accounts rings extension 100,101,102, ring group 602 for Trade counter ringing 103,104,105 and a few others. All the ring groups are accessible by the customers through various NVR's. My cleint is requesting that if a customer rings in and go to one of the department they get a custom message while on hold for an operator depending on the department they are calling. I can't see a way of doing this from exploring the options on the gui. Is this possible with the current firmware I am using the 18.104.22.168beta firmware.
